Keep your catalog, retail prices, dentist-specific offers, shipping and sales tax current from your own dashboard. For each service, say whether it is included, separately priced or not provided. The platform never changes a price.

Anonymous requests, 7 days to answer

Each order sends you an anonymous request: your items at your prices, the county, the site readiness answers and whether the dentist pays cash or finances. Confirm or decline from your orders inbox within 7 days.

Talk on the site, then sell

When you confirm, the dentist's deposit share is held and you message the dentist on the site. Once you have both written, the share is charged and you see the dentist's contact details.

How to get started

Tell us about your company, the equipment for the pilot and who installs and services it. Supplier access is invite-only.

Accept your invitation and the participation agreement, then publish your catalog with prices, shipping and sales tax. Confirm which providers are authorized for your products.

Answer requests from your orders inbox, message dentists on the site, and track milestones and reported receipts after the sale.

The platform's 3–5% deposit is collected from the dentist and credited toward your listed price, instead of a dealer markup: your balance is your listed total minus that share, as set out in the participation agreement. If a sale falls through within 30 days of the charge, the dentist can ask for 70% of the share back, or all of it if you backed out. Contracts, delivery and the balance payment are between you and the dentist. Order volume is not guaranteed.
