Requests you can answer
Each order sends you an anonymous request with your services, the county and the site readiness answers. Confirm or decline within 7 days, then message the dentist on the site. Once you have both written, you see the dentist's contact details.

How to get started

Tell us about your services, experience, prices and NY, NJ or CT coverage, including licenses and manufacturer authorization where they apply. Provider access is invite-only.

Accept your invitation, then set up your profile, services, prices, county coverage, sales tax and license evidence.

Answer requests from your orders inbox, message dentists on the site, and keep milestones, technical records and reported receipts for each job.
The platform's 3–5% deposit is collected from the dentist and credited toward your listed price, instead of a dealer markup: your balance is your listed total minus that share, as set out in the participation agreement. If a sale falls through within 30 days of the charge, the dentist can ask for 70% of the share back, or all of it if you backed out. The work and its payment are arranged between you and the dentist. Work volume is not guaranteed.
